In the year 2006 the PEMA-group was redesigned in its structure to create the basement for today’s appearance. Besides the operative and administrative center of the group – the PEMA Immobilien GmbH – there are a lot of other companies belonging to the PEMA Holding GmbH that have the function to run a project or simply hold different shares. Because of the huge dynamic and the multiple activities the structure of the PEMA-group changes from time to time.
