In the year 2005 the PEMA-group was founded. It consists the PEMA Holding GmbH and other companies that are wholly owned by PEMA Holding GmbH. Shortly after the foundation of the group, PEMA enlarges continuously its business-structure to present its diverse projects to the international business world.

PEMA contains the two German words "Projektentwicklung und Markenaufbau" which mean “project development” and “brand creating”. Because of this the group cares a lot about the high quality of its services and business-areas. The PEMA-group shows its pluralism with the main business-fields project development, project management, shareholdings and investments.
